The 50th IEEE (The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) Photovoltaic Specialists Conference (IEEE PVSC) recently announced that Dr. Yifeng Chen, technical leader and associate vice president of technology in Trina Solar, will receive the 2023 IEEE Stuart R. Wenham Young Professional Award for his outstanding achievements in the science and technology of photovoltaic energy conversion.</p>

On March 24 and 26, Trina Solar published its full year 2022 and Q1 2023 financial results, saying it had annual revenue of $12.645 billion (RMB 85.052 billion), an increase of 83.41% on 2021. The company’s main businesses, including PV products, PV system and smart energy all registered strong growth.</p>

The report reviewed the SuperTrack technology and estimated its potential impact on project generation. Trina Solar has maintained its AAA ranking for the fourth consecutive quarter in the latest PV ModuleTech Bankability Ratings report released by PV Tech.</p>

Trina Solar will be exhibiting at this week’s <em>Green Energy Expo</em> in Daegu (12-14 April) announcing the launch of the second generation of its highly successful TrinaTracker Vanguard 2P tracker. Following the successful announcement of TrinaTracker’s selection by Samsung C&T on the 875MW Qatar Energy project, Trina Solar is exhibiting the next generation of Vanguard 2P Tracker at the Green Energy Expo in South Korea.</p>
