On the afternoon of March 19th, in order to conscientiously implement the decision-making and deployment of the Municipal Party Committee and Government on safety production work and the requirements of the group's safety production management, further consolidate the main responsibility of safety, strengthen safety management measures, consolidate the foundation, and promote the deepening and implementation of safety bottom line actions, Huaci Hui held a special meeting on safety and environmental sanitation management in the first quarter of 2024.

At the meeting, Hou Junqing, the Minister of Safety and Environmental Management, first reported on the progress of safety and environmental sanitation work in the first quarter of this year. After the resumption of work during the Spring Festival, the group has planned to organize a lecture on the "first lesson of construction", with an effective coverage rate of 100% for training frontline employees and grassroots management personnel (team leaders, quality managers) throughout the group.

The meeting clarified the 2024 Huaci Co., Ltd. safety production governance action, with the overall requirements of: safety production is organized and promoted by the Safety and Environmental Management Department, jointly managed by relevant departments of various business units and centers, strengthening the special rectification of key areas of intelligent equipment and transportation stubborn malaria, focusing on eliminating major accident hazards caused by inadequate risk control, and establishing a responsibility system for the full chain investigation and rectification of major accident hazards; Resolutely eliminate major and above safety production accidents, achieve a continuous decrease in the number of accidents, and ensure the continuous stability and improvement of the group's safety production situation.

In 2024, Huaci Group will continue to strengthen safety skills training for high-risk personnel, improve the quality of safety training for employees, and enhance their emergency evacuation capabilities to enhance their quality and ability. It will also continue to achieve dynamic zero major accident hazards from three aspects: strengthening risk source control, strengthening hazard investigation and rectification, and strengthening hazard closed-loop management.
